Renee Rowe is a Clinical Care Manager at Claro Disability Services providing clinical oversight to clients in South Australia and Western Australia. Renee assists the Clinical Team to provide strategic clinical governance, complex care management, and ensures compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements. In this role, Renee oversees high‑intensity supports, leads nurse‑driven transitions of care, and collaborates closely with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and hospital teams to ensure safe, person‑centred outcomes.

Renee is an experienced Nursing and Clinical Manager with over 14 years of progressive leadership across disability services, primary care, community health, and acute hospital environments. Prior to her current position, Renee held key leadership roles including Nursing Manager at 24‑7Medcare, where she managed recruitment, training, rostering, and clinical operations, and coordinated comprehensive medical assessments and health care unit operations. She also served nationally as an Immunisation Coordinator with Healius Medical Centres, providing education to GPs and nursing staff, developing immunisation catch‑up schedules, supporting the rollout of vaccine management systems, and conducting annual audits in line with national guidelines. Earlier in her career, she worked across treatment room leadership, case coordination, and acute care nursing on Orthopaedic and Plastic Surgery wards at Flinders Hospital.

Renee holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Flinders University and has completed specialised training in vaccine programs, blood‑borne pathogen management, and clinical competencies education. Known for her strong clinical leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to safe, high‑quality care, she is dedicated to supporting teams, enhancing clinical practice, and improving health outcomes for diverse populations across community and disability sectors.
