Nurse-Led Transitions
Client transitions are overseen by a nurse or clinical manager. Nurses liaise with hospital care teams and service managers to identify client support requirements across funding, supports and living circumstances. They provide clinical oversight and develop training content for support workers to ensure complex support needs are met.
Specialist Support Staff
Every Claro support worker is trained to NDIS Practice Standards, with skills tailored to client needs, practically assessed and checked annually.
SDA Accredited Homes
Clients can live how they want to, with modern, purpose-built homes and supports that meets SDA Design Standards from accessibility, safety to assistive technology.

Check & Compliance
Following on from interview, you may be required to complete reference and compliance checks. All reference checks are completed within 48 hours of receiving notification.
Job offer
The successful candidate is offered the role by the recruitment team. You will soon receive more details regarding the start and the onboarding process.
