Billie-Jo Barbara is an inclusive and results-focused Chief People Officer with more than 20 years of executive experience across the disability, profit-for-purpose, and government sectors. Having worked across South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, and the Northern Territory, she is well placed to lead the development and performance of our national workforce. Billie-Jo has led national people and culture reform, major compliance and safeguarding programs, contemporary HR system implementations, and the communications portfolio across complex, multi-site organisations. Having also served widely as a board director, she was is an inaugural mentor for people with disability through the Australian Institute of Company Directors program, and is passionate about strong governance, inclusive leadership, and creating workplaces where people and clients thrive.

Mark is a person-centred and results-driven CEO with over 30 years’ of experience leading and transforming businesses across the human services, technology, media, and marketing sectors. With a breadth of experience, spanning management consulting at Accenture, entrepreneurial ventures like Xtempus Mobile Software, and leadership roles at major corporations such as Virgin Media and SingTel Optus, Mark brings a wealth of diverse expertise. For the past decade, he has specialized in driving turnaround and growth within the disability and allied health sector, notably transforming a leading disability and mental health support provider into a nationally recognised brand and significantly improving the performance of a bespoke provider of positive behaviour support and behaviour therapy to children across Australia. Mark’s core passions include making a positive social impact, driving sustainable business growth, and building leading teams.

Jennifer is a values-driven executive leader with more than 20 years' experience in disability, mental health, and community services. A registered psychologist with postgraduate qualifications in forensic mental health and business leadership, Jennifer brings a deep commitment to human rights-based, person-centred practice. Her background includes executive roles in national organisations where she led clinical governance, operational transformation, and quality improvement initiatives. At Claro, Jennifer leads service delivery and quality strategy, ensuring our clients receive high-impact, evidence-informed support tailored to their needs.

Ellen has dedicated her career to the community services sector, working alongside people with disability, families, and communities to create services that truly make a difference. She has worked across government and non-government sectors in leadership for the past 20 years, focusing on collaboration and partnerships to grow organisations and services for the community. For the past 13 years she has been working with NDIS funded support services across the eastern states. Ellen is passionate about ensuring that people have the right support to live independently, make their own choices, and feel included in every aspect of life. What drives Ellen most is seeing the positive impact that collaboration and partnership in the disability sector can have. She believes in listening, collaborating, and building strong connections so that services are not just about meeting needs, but about helping people thrive.
