Fili
Area Manager - Central South & Central North-VIC
“It’s not always easy, but I’ve always loved that you always make a difference in someone’s life. It might be the smallest thing, but that tiny thing made a difference to someone. And when I walk out of here every single day, I feel so happy that I’ve made a difference to someone, made life a bit easier for them. And that's probably why I’ve stayed in the disability sector for 30 years.”

Shyam
Community Services Manager
'I feel happy to see others happy. I love helping people and that's why I love my job. Moreover, I get the opportunity to treat everyone with love, respect, equality and dignity whether they are my clients or support workers. I feel blessed to have an amazing team who supports me in my work and thankful to the management and senior team leaders who support and appreciate our efforts.'
