Mason Gluyas

Mason is a dedicated and compassionate nurse with extensive experience across the disability sector, acquired brain injury, aged care, complex care, mental health and psychiatric services, community nursing, and acute hospital settings. He delivers safe, holistic, and evidence-based care, underpinned by a strong person-centred approach.
He works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including Support Coordinators, Behaviour Practitioners, General Practitioners, specialists, hospital teams, allied health professionals, and nursing staff, to promote safe and best-practice outcomes for each individual.

His responsibilities include clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives, with a focus on maintaining regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.
He also supports safe transitions from hospital into services by ensuring individuals are clinically stable at discharge and have coordinated care plans that promote continuity, reduce preventable readmissions, and mitigate adverse events.
