Claro supports the delivery of 24/7 complex care services and support to clients who need it. We understand the unique requirements of those with chronic and complex care needs and provide comprehensive, compassionate and round-the-clock support.

Our Approach

Our team of Clinical Practice and Care Managers help guide and support the care provided by Claro’s experienced disability support workers, conducting care plan reviews and responding to changes in condition as required. This ongoing clinical input, oversight and support enables our care team to provide high quality services for our clients, and ensure care services are tailored to each individual.

Available Where You Are

Complex Care supports are available in your home or within supported accommodation. Claro is the supported independent living (SIL) provider for specialist disability accommodation (SDA) providers around the country. Learn more.

Registered Provider

Claro is a registered NDIS provider, and also supports individuals receiving funding from iCare, TAC, LSA and more.

Our specialisation supports a range of care needs including enteral feeding, bowel care, acquired brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries as well of those with autism, mental ill-health and non-verbal communication.
