This SDA in Lyndhurst accommodates three residents and each resident will enjoy their own private bedroom and ensuite, with an additional bedroom/office for staff including OOA (overnight onsite assistance). An additional bathroom adjacent to the OOA room is available for staff and guests, allowing residents to truly personalise their own space and enjoy sanctuary and privacy. The shared spaces are designed for light and airflow, creating an uplifting and welcoming environment. The open plan kitchen/living/dining space opens on to the undercover outdoor dining space and garden, and there is a separate family room if residents want to entertain guests without encroaching on the shared living area. The kitchen has been designed for the avid cook, with stone benchtops, an accessible electric cooktop, a two-drawer dishwasher, a side-opening oven and a convenient breakfast bench.
