Chris Scholtz

Chris is a commercially focused CFO with over two decades of experience spanning finance, legal, corporate governance, and technology across listed, private equity-backed, and owner-managed environments. He began his career in construction and project finance, building a strong foundation in capital-intensive, operationally complex businesses before transitioning into broader executive financial leadership roles. A career highlight was leading the ASX listing of Damstra Technology, a workforce management software company, where he drove the end-to-end IPO process and subsequent life as a public company CFO. Chris joined Claro (trading as Zenitas Healthcare) as CFO, taking on a broad executive remit spanning finance, IT, legal, and workplace health and safety across a complex multi-entity group structure. He brings deep expertise in NDIS funding frameworks, regulatory compliance, and operational finance in the human services sector.
