Aoife Murphy

Aoife Murphy is an experienced Registered Nurse with over a decade of practice across disability, aged care, community services, and specialist inpatient rehabilitation in Ireland and Australia.

Previously, as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Aoife delivered advanced neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation and managed complex clinical interventions within acute and inpatient settings.

Currently, as a Clinical Practice and Care Manager in complex disability support services, Aoife and the clinical team support individuals with high-acuity and multifaceted needs, coordinating hospital discharges, stabilising high-risk clinical situations, and fostering collaborative multidisciplinary partnerships that deliver sustainable, person-centred outcomes.

Aoife is guided by integrity, compassion, and strong professional ethics. She is deeply committed to client-focused, trauma-informed care that upholds dignity, autonomy, and inclusion.
