It is purpose built and was originally open to just individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, though recently, they have opened this property to anyone with a neurological disease. It is fully accessible with private bedrooms with hoists and built in wardrobes and is designed to house only female participants.

The shared areas include 2 large bathrooms with ceiling hoist and heating, open space kitchen and dining area, lounge area with plasma TV mounted on wall, sunny north-facing outdoor BBQ area with sitting area and a courtyard with shade sail and outdoor seating. This house also offers Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) for the residents to be able to access 24/7 onsite SIL supports.
