These villas are designed to support NDIS participants requiring High Physical Support or Fully Accessible SDA design standards. The first villa is a 2-resident villa comprising of 3 rooms, each with their own ensuite – 2 rooms for residents and a separate room dedicated to Onsite Overnight Assistance for quick and easy access to 24/7 SIL support that can be shared across all units if needed. The shared areas include an open plan kitchen, living and dining areas and a garage and a shared porch. The second and third villa are 1-resident villas with their own bathroom, kitchen and private porch.
